Hope you are well. Great work last night, you all swam well especially in the nice cold wind. Well done to out swimmers who braved the 200m fly you all did a great job. We even had a state time achieved in that chilly wind. Brilliant effort.
Entries are open this week for our swims. The first 2 swims are backstroke and breaststroke. All distances available, but please remember that you may only choose ONE distance of each stroke to swim.
The third swim is our time trial swim and this week you have a choice of doing either a 200m Backstroke or a 200m breaststroke. Please only choose ONE of them to swim.

Only 3 more Monday evenings (including this one coming) until we finish for the Christmas break. More information will come in the next week or so about our Christmas party.
