Happy Tuesday morning.
Well done to our swimmers who swam at MASCA on Sunday. You all swam so well and braved all 4 seasons in one day. There are some great photos on our website, Facebook, Instagram etc for people to have a look at. It was a great day and I think everyone had a great day. Special mention to our over 30’s relay team. Great work for stepping up and having a great swim. Well done.

Entries for next Monday are now open. Point scoring swims (first 2 swims) are Freestyle and individual medley, please choose ONE distance to swim of each of these events. The third swim is our time trial swim and is a 200m fly. Please only enter this if you are ready to swim the 200 fly competently.
